How to install @2oolkit/hyperliquid-cli

@2oolkit/hyperliquid-cli is published on npm as @2oolkit/hyperliquid-cli, and it depends on @modelcontextprotocol/sdk. These steps assume it runs as a local stdio server, which is the usual setup.
